Our Story

Princess Ti’s Menu was founded by Tifuh Adua, a passionate cook whose love for authentic African cuisine began in her family kitchen.
Growing up surrounded by the aromas of Eru, Ekwang, Ndolé, and Puff-Puff, she discovered early that food has the power to bring people together and create lasting memories.

What began as cooking for family and friends soon grew into a community demand — a desire to taste home again.
Today, that same passion has evolved into a full-service kitchen offering freshly prepared meals, frozen favorites, and pantry staples, all inspired by Africa’s rich culinary traditions.
From our Oklahoma City kitchen, we continue to serve families, students, professionals, and food lovers who crave authenticity, quality, and love in every bite.
